Kosmo apologizes for not being on this blog all week, but a little vacation to warmer pastures made Kosmo have other things on his mind besides blogging. Yes, he did his picks column but that was mostly channeling the Krystal ball from a distance, which sapped all of his energy for work on his vacation. Anyway, Koz is back in the wild, cold yonder and ready to give his 3 stars for Friday night. Third star Ben Line, Oxford wrestling - It isn't often Kosmo gets to give love to wrestlers, but this is a good chance to do so. Line came through when his team needed him in the final match of a state quarterfinal against Grandville, as he recorded a pin to send Oxford to the semifinals. Second star Jake Daniels, Holly - Has this guy been any good this year or what? He is flirting with 30 points seemingly every game and he did it again on Friday, scoring 27 points for the Bronchos to help them best Fenton and clinch the Flint Metro title outright. First star Lauren Hung, Waterford Mott - Kosmo was glad he could provide Hung and the Corsairs motivation by picking Canton to win the KLAA title game at Mott. Hung told Kosmo where to stick it by doing what great players do, which is carry her team in the biggest of games. She scored 28 points and as a result, Mott is the KLAA champ.
