Glancing through the box scores in the Oakland Press at his cave the other day, Kosmo couldn't help but notice the performance of Oak Park senior K'Allante Miller. A freakishly athletic guard who has signed with Central Michigan, Miller exploded for 38 points in a win over Lake Orion. Rumor has it that Miller hasn't played many first halfs of late for disciplinary reasons, but it sounds like he has learned his lesson and is ready to take off. If 38 points isn't enough evidence, Kosmo doesn't know what is. The timing couldn't be better for Miller to start taking over, because look who is coming into Oak Park's gym on Friday. None other than unbeaten and No. 2-ranked Clarkston in what should be a terrific OAA Red showdown. Given his talents, Miller will no doubt have the attention of the Wolves.
