Watching Michigan State in the Final Four on Saturday at his cave in northern Oakland County, Kosmo couldn't help but smile at the star power of Kalin Lucas. Against UCONN, Lucas was everywhere, whether it was on the court or front and center in front of the TV cameras afterwards. Seeing things like that make following high school sports so worthwhile. Kosmo still remembers like it was yesterday when Lucas was a star sophomore at Orchard Lake St. Mary's. Literally, the K-Man feels like he watched Lucas grow, and while his coaches and parents have EVERYTHING to do with his development and Kosmo has NONE, it's still chokes up Kosmo to see a player he followed so closely in high school get such national acclaim.
